We work inside the house, not on its envelope: bathrooms, floors, tiling and doors. Whatever the strip-out uncovers in the fabric is put in writing before it is ever invoiced.

Interior fit-out
Dates, costs and trades inside the building. We run it — you sign once.

We plan the bathroom and build the kitchen. We do not supply a complete furnishing package.

Visualisation
The bathroom stands in 3D before anything is sampled. We do not visualise other rooms.

Building materials
Samples before the order. No substitute delivery without your approval.

Office
Office space in occupation, handed over in phases.
New partitions, glazed fronts, flooring and lighting. The floor was handed back in sections so the consultancy could keep working through the build.

House
Existing house, renewed inside.
New bathroom, floors and tiling throughout, doors replaced, underfloor heating added on the ground floor. The load-bearing wall was replaced with a steel beam to a checked structural design.
