First meeting
We come to the property.
Existing fabric, use, date. We look at what is standing and you tell us what has to stay. After that both sides know what is being discussed.

Quotation
Item by item.
A bill of quantities with quantity and unit against every item. Whatever the strip-out uncovers comes as a variation — and a variation only counts once you have signed it.

Planning and logistics
A programme per trade.
Dates per trade, in writing. Where you keep trading, we fix the phases and access times so your business carries on.

Project start
Sampled, ordered, set up.
Samples and long-lead orders go out before the site is set up. Access times, dust protection and hoarding are in place on the first working day.

Construction
One meeting a week.
A weekly site meeting with one set of minutes. Hoarding, dust protection and securing from day one. If a date slips, you hear it from us first.

Handover
Photo record the same day.
Sign-off walked together, photo record the same day. You receive the closing file with that photo record, warranties and operating manuals.
