Office

Office space in occupation, handed over in phases.

New partitions, glazed fronts, flooring and lighting. The floor was handed back in sections so the consultancy could keep working through the build.

House

Existing house, renewed inside.

New bathroom, floors and tiling throughout, doors replaced, underfloor heating added on the ground floor. The load-bearing wall was replaced with a steel beam to a checked structural design.
